Memoir’s privacy claims are independently verifiable — the app is open about its encryption approach (AES-GCM-256, on-device key generation, iCloud Keychain) and a future audit will be public.

Memoir is a personal project; no company is registered for it yet. Once Memoir launches commercially, this page will be updated with proper business details (KvK number, BTW number, company address) per Dutch e-commerce requirements.
